Approached the counter this morning, nobody was in line had to wait 2 mins to be acknowledged, I asked Lauren the barista taking my order if she was knew how to make chocolate hazelnut cold foam with syrup, not malt and she had a displeased look on her face that I even asked. I opted out of coffee and bought a refresher. She didn’t even have the courtesy to call out my name, just set my drink on the counter and went back to talk to her coworker.

This is inside a Kroger's store. Starbucks's Starbucks. The good part is that if you're buying one or two Kroger items you can take it to them and they'll ring you up. Except for produce.

They overcharged me through the mobile app. $25 for two drinks? Do better, I went up there to ask and they seemed like they had no idea what they were doing, it’s sad, ridiculous, and was truly a waste of my time and gas.
