I love LOVE love the hospitality and the ambience of The Hill. I understand it was bought out by Andiamo, another one of my faves; combine the best of both worlds and maintain that Grosse Pointy vibe we all know and love! Our dinner was fabulous this evening! Chrissy is always a pleasure!
This place is absolutely one of the finest place to eat in the region. Always when I come to this place I am incredibly pleased. They preserve their high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they give. You are always happy with this restaurant. Highly recommended.
Food was alright but not exceptional. I would have expected more extravagance for the price. I had a Ceasar salad with Salmon. The Salmon was dry. The salad and dressing fine but nothing special. My husband ordered Coq Au Vin, a French chicken dish, served in a bowl someone what larger than a large soup bowl. It was basically part of a chicken breast and part of a thigh. It was unattractive.
