Beyond Juicery + Eatery

I had the best acai bowl ever from here. I still think about it often. When I picked up my order, the atmosphere was amazing, the staff were kind when I asked about wifi, and that bowl was just so good. I'm hoping the next time I order from here, the bowl will be just as great. That was my second time ever having an acai bowl and first time from Beyond.

This is my last time ordering from this Beyond location. I spent over $150 on food, lunch for myself and a couple of my guys.

I ordered 3 salads, 1 of them came with dressing the other two did not. I called the store before my Dashers picked it up and requested extra sauces and they said my order was already picked up and there were sauces on the order. When the dasher came, and I opened the order 2 of my salads were missing the dressing. No dressing, no extra sauce, nothing.

I called in to ask them if they could bring me the dressing, the manager Aaron was not helpful at all. How do you give out salads with no dressing and then tell the customer we can give you a refund for the sauce and assure there is something here, when I'm looking at the bags and don't have anything. How are we supposed to eat salads with no dressing? and no understanding at all?

At this Beyond Juice location, the need for new management is clear. The owner and head manager prioritizes sales over integrity, evidenced by false claims of organic ingredients and the poor handling of juices kept constantly chilled. By supporting such practices, customers inadvertently endorse this neglectful approach. It's time to hold businesses accountable and demand transparency.The atmosphere is consistently dirty, with no greetings upon entry, and orders are never ready for pickup. Even worse, food delivered lacks freshness. Basic hygiene standards are ignored, with uncovered hair and head manager handling food without gloves. The entrance and bathrooms are consistently filthy.It's time for change. Beyond Juicery & Eatery doesn't follow the same vision as Wendy's but apparently at this location, things are different.

My southwest chicken Caesar wrap and Columbia with vegan protein was amazing! Restaurant had great staff and food was ready when I walked in from ordering on my app.

Got a delivery, my bowl was 14$ and was the smallest bowl I’ve ever seen maybe 1/2” of base, literally half a strawberry, 4 tiny slices of banana and a scoop of peanut butter. That wasn’t the worst part. I ordered a breakfast burrito and they forgot to put egg in so I had a bacon and cheese burrito..so if all your looking for is an overpriced shake this is the place to go

I was recently in here and the manager helped me and he was super nice, so I decided to order delivery because I am sick with a nasty stomach bug, and am trying to get some nutrients in on day 3… well I ordered a smoothie, and it’s like it’s barely blended. There are chunks of pineapple, ginger and mango that keep getting stuck in the straw, and pieces of ice, and it’s not even worth trying to drink. It totally needs to be blended :(I also ordered some premade juices so I assume those are fine, I’m just really disappointed. There’s also no way to rate the order or reach out through the app for issues like this. And delivery was $6.Just bummed out. Heads up if you order delivery that this could happen.

Food was good, the Place is clean but the service is lacking. They don't greet you or guide you when you come in and you can stay at the countertop for a while before they even know you're there. Definitely needs management.

I loved this restaurant but sadly I won’t be coming back - I always order through the app, the same wrap with NO AVOCADO because I’m allergic to it. I’ve never had an issue until today.. I get home take a couple of bites and there’s avocado in my wrap. I took it back in and explained the situation, they remade the wrap and handed it to me and said “we’re sorry about that. Make sure you select the allergy option or write in the special instructions that you have an avocado allergy.” No offer for a refund or anything basically just “you need to select or specify allergy next time” BTW there is no allergy option. I haven’t eaten this specific food in 9 years and now I have my epi pen on stand by and I’m hoping I won’t have to use it. I hope this can be a lesson to the staff at Beyond Juicery that if someone selects NO anything on their food, it’s not always based off preference but sometimes because of a food allergy. God forbid someone goes into anaphylaxis because an order was overlooked. Please do better.

I hadn’t been here in a few years since the times of Covid when you had to order and receive curbside or a max of customers in at a time. I visited today and the service was trash ?. I was not greeted when walking in, so I was confused until I seen a person walk right up and start ordering. They had too much going on, no one is speaking and asking if you already ordered or are ordering. I walked out. A simple acknowledgment probably would’ve kept my business.

It was good in taste. I think salads need to have more. They are starting to get scarce. Hoping this is addressed. People should get a good portion for the amount charged for salads

Very good smoothies! If you have the app on your phone you get lots of nice perks for joining. Very clean store and the staff is always friendly. If you don't see a smoothie you want you can create your own.
