Yesterday there was a long blond hair in my sandwich wrap. Didn’t see it until I was pulling it out of my mouth, which is quite disgusting. When speaking to the manager she didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Will not be back.

They take forever to make smoothies. I get they’re busy but when I come 15 mins after my smoothie is supposed to be made and it’s still a 5 min wait something is absolutely wrong. And it would be fine if it was a once in the while occurrence but it’s CONSTANT! Tropical smoothie doesn’t have this problem bcuz they have more than 2 smoothie machines. Like order 5 more and then people don’t have to wait 30 mins for a smoothie.

I ordered the Detox Green Smoothie and the Southwest Chicken Wrap, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The smoothie was perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just vibrant and refreshing — and the wrap was fresh, filling, and packed with flavor. I also tried a wellness shot (Whew! Spicy and powerful!), and it gave me the boost I didn’t know I needed.
