Distasteful food, evident by the amount of salt they use in their food. If you have blood pressure do not order any food from here they use a lot of preservatives specially too much sodium salt. We order Shawarma’s and regretted we had to throw two of them. We’ll never go to this place and advise to find someplace where owner is involved in their business.

Came in on a busy Friday night during rush hour with my family. We ordered quickly, sat down, and within 5 minutes had our meal. My wife's shawarma ripped upon opening and became a mess to handle. I asked for a new pita to salvage, and the Manager Ricardo took care of it by wrapping a new shawarma. He was extremely professional. Gear experience.

Ordering online was great. Walked in and food ready to go. Just a little disappointed with the Falafal Salad. The falafel was way overcooked and very hard. If the vegetables could be cut into smaller pieces that would really be appreciated since there was only a fork in the bag.

I like the food. It's consistent across their locations, but the service here is HORRIBLE. The workers are rude for no reason and literally threw my carryout bag on the counter. All I did was ask if my order was called, I got attitude and turns out it was called and was sitting there. Likely not coming back.
Very nice, smiling, polite staff. Food is poor. Mushy, tasteless stuffed grape leaves; grisly lamb shawarma; tiny amount of disintegrated falafel on the falafel shawarma. Will not be returning.

I'm currently writing this review while returning 3 shawarmas and a chicken salad. The chicken was extremely dry and burnt in both. And dig this.... The manger tried to blame me!!! The reason? It took too long to pick up the order. Wow!!! I was excited to have a location close to home. That excitement turned into disappointment quick. I should have just taken the drive to the Jefferson or Piquette location. They have never disappointed. The team on Mack needs more training!!!

They tried to be funny and this time didn’t label nothing previously labeled chicken with a b and a c for beef still can’t follow simple directions and when this happen we have to open each one exposing to others before it get to the proper person…especially with Covid still around this is unacceptable. Won’t use this location anymore
