Champs Rotisserie and Seafood

One of my favorite restaurants in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. One of the best rib houses around.
Been going there for 20 years and never disappointed. Try the rib snack, which is my favorite with sauce. Baked on. Nice tangy sauce. Sauce not too hot.

The food is always well prepared and consistent. We get the rib dinners and there is plenty of food. I like that there are two kinds of ribs since my wife prefers hers without sauce and to eat on the bone and I prefer mine with sauce and fall off the bone.

The $10.Monday burger & fries special was a hit for us. Super pleasant & attentive staff and atmosphere. Also Champs is the best spot for ribs & garlic bread in the neighborhood. Check out their specials each day.

Very good food and service. The locals flock here and GPers are not easy to please. Especially like the sauteed perch and Sunday's special turkey dinner. A comfortable place to sit. At Christmastime there may even be a small local group of young carolers stop by.

Wonderful BBQ ribs Had carrot cake for dessert yum! Our waitress was the best! We will be back soon!

The only thing I can say good here was our waitress and the cozy outside patio. Lemon pepper chicken no taste at all just bad but the cats outside of my house enjoyed the full meal. Way to expensive for what you get save your money unless you like tasteless food.

Service was absolutely horrific. We did not feel welcomed, our food took almost an hour and the staff seemed happy to see us leave. We will not be returning here.

Nice outdoor patio, waitress was kind, and the food was decent.. cocktails were very weak and expensive and food portions were small. The whole bill was just way too expensive for the amount of food & alcohol my party received.

The price is not congruent with the value.

Gnats. Flying from our plate. When brought to the attention of management, he claims it’s “from the front door being opened and closed.” No apology. The waitress did replace the coleslaw after she saw the bug crawling on it.

I know they have to hire locally and it's tough in certain areas to find good help but come on. I just got at least week old ribs and it wasn't cheap and it was dinner time. It's not like I got them at 9pm or something. They stink too. Gross.
