very nasty very rude. I do not recommend that pizza was so nasty and they got my order wrong I called a day later because when I got the pizza, it was already late so I didn’t think I should call. I just said I’ll give it a day. I called the next day. He said why you didn’t call the day when you got it. I didn’t know you had to call when you first get it. It do not matter. If I called two days later a day later it was still something wrong with my pizza as a manager. You should take accountability in correct my order but you didn’t you hung up in my face and continue to have attitude even if the customer has a attitude you post to keep composure, but you didn’t obviously I’m calling with kind of a temper because I’m kind of frustrated you didn’t have to get smart back. You don’t have to hang up in my face and you don’t know how to say. I’m not getting anything. It’s very rude. Very disturbing how they act up there. It must be a young kid that works there multiple at that cause neither of them know how to do their job or make a pizza correctly

This place was a complete disaster. The pizza was soggy, cold, and tasted like cardboard. The staff acted like they couldn’t care less about their customers, and the service was painfully slow. I waited forever for my order, only for it to be wrong when I got it. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks. The delivery guy just left the pizza on the porch in the cold weather, did not knock or ring doorbell. The pizza looks ugly and horrible. It is also missing the pepperoni and the garlic crust. I would never order from this location again. Do not make the same mistake I have over 8 million views. This isn't a fluke review.

Very good pizza but has gotten outrageously expensive recently, so we've unfortunately been ordering elsewhere. Trying to order from the automated phone line is aggravating, time-consuming, and inconsistent; they can never get the order right.

Place has gone downhill; cant get the order right three different times. Pizza is way too expensive and employees are rude and don't care to remedy their mistakes.

Update: just got pizza from the 10 mile location and it actually tastes like the Jets I remember! This Grosse Pointe location sucks, the pizza quality is pure garbage, crust tastes like rubber, and is usually cold.

Poor management, arrogance, complacency, and greed. Enjoy paying that mack ave. rent as you lose long time customers.

So far, I have ordered two gluten-free pizzas from this location. Both have sucked… the second one was burned and barely edible….

The people who work there are nice and it’s fast service, but my rating is based on the pizza being totally disappointing both times.

Go to 10 mile or 12 and Harper instead.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza sucks here. It’s good at the other Jets locations.

The online text thing didn't work for me. I tried to call and place the order, but when I got there to pick it up, there was no order. I will not go back there. Good luck! I went right down the street to Domino's, no problem and prices were less too!!!

I frequent this location often and never had any problems until they hired a new blonde kid that is very rude to customers. He refused to hand me my change, instead he threw it on the counter and they stated that they did not give receipts with cash purchases only credit cards. I had to ask the manager to give me a receipt. Who ever owns this franchise, you better give the new kid some coaching or you will loose business.
