Mack Avenue Grille

So happy me and my boyfriend decided to try something new and eat here. The food is sooooo good!!!

Chicken parm was overly salty.

The food is average nothing special

We stopped in this place after leaving the hospital because Google had great pics of French toast lol. First sight it looks like a decent spot. Our table was sticky like the water to clean it was dirty, crumbs on the seats and dead flies in the window area. We order the waitress gives recommendations and we are ready ?. Our food comes and you see brown scour marks all over our eggs. I let the waitress know that we don't like our eggs burnt and scoured. She immediately puffs so hard and stupid as if we burnt them ourselves. No words she take the plates and walks off. I never asked for them to be remade. Well the rest of our food was eaten by the time she returned with eggs that we didn't asked to be replaced. Still no words, just puts three plates of eggs down and walks away. I was just looking because these were perfectly made eggs and they would have went great with my food had they been prepared like this the first time. I left a tip but not a good one simply because why be so rude to us because your cook burnt out food and you wanted us to accept burnt food that we were paying for? You didn't make them yourself so being ugly to us was not called for. Anywho, the dog liked the eggs so didn't go to waste. Tell the waitress to make some clean water and wash those tables before being rude to oeople

While doing matron of honor duties, I discovered this great breakfast spot with the bride in Grosse Pointe Woods.

Items aren’t marked gf on the menu, however staff informed me on what could be made gluten free, and that they had gluten free toast and pancakes. Everything was prepared with allergen protocol ?

I come down here to see my neuro and decided to give Mack Avenue Grille a try. The coffee was wonderful and piping hot. I got the Mack Ave burger, and for a classic burger, it exceeded my expectations. Bun perfectly toasted, quality beef, and the tomato was bright red and had to be locally grown. My mom got the Reuben and it is the best we've ever had. The corn beef is fresh and was fried a lil crispy, a light rye bread, and the perfect amount of toppings. I will come here from now on when I'm in town. Staff was lovely as well :)

Great diner located in the center of Grosse Pointe! If you ever have a craving for some good homemade biscuits and gravy, this is for sure the place!! Also recommend the farms omelet for those with big appetites

service wasn’t bad but the food was! they charged me for food I sent back so I ended up paying for that instead of the food I got in replace of. ($30 for a chicken tender pita and fries) server was super kind tho! my friend also didn’t like her meatloaf but kept it anyway ?

Not only breakfast/ lunch food good and reasonably priced, dinner as well also measures up.
