My wife and I went for the first time yesterday. Service was excellent but quality or taste of food was bland. Coleslaw no flavor, tuna melt, same - only ate half (not the best quality of tuna). My wife’s cheese quesadilla basically tortilla with some shredded cheese melted on it and some raw onions and olives on the side, not worth the price. Again, our waitress was excellent but we had a feeling she too, thought the food was subpar. A lady in another booth was complaining as well. If the quality was better, the price would have been correct with the portion but it wasn’t. Didn’t bother taking leftovers home.

Food was good but the service was awful!!! The waitress was dry, did not bring us any silverware or water. We had pancakes and I had to go to the counter to get syrup. The waitress did not smile or even act like she was interested in helping. Now I’ve been sitting here waiting for my receipt, because she hasn’t come back to the table. I would never come back here.

Edited to add, although our waitress was awful, the other waitress was very helpful. If we had cash on us, we would’ve left the tip for her, not the one that was supposed to be our waitress, that needs to learn customer service skills.

Food was just OK. Was told I had to sit at a table because I was alone, although I saw others sitting at booths alone. Can’t say that many of the service staff behaved as though they were interested in being there. Guy seating people and cashing people out definitely behaved as though he had better places to be. Waitress finally took my order and then I watched everybody around me get their food before me even though they came in after me. When my food arrived, I asked why everyone got theirs before I got mine. Waitress openly admitted it was her fault because she just put the order in late. That’s certainly not how you get a tip. Proceeded to read a bunch of other reviews, talking about how this place has been declining, treating folks marginally who fit a certain profile. As I ate, I watched the same thing happened to others who had arrived after me who fit the same profile. And by profile I mean non-caucasian, let’s be clear. That’s a shame. Won’t be back. Worse yet, I’ll make sure others know of my experience.

Treat people right. You never know how far their reach might be.

Got carryout order, but the ambience here is really nice!

Ordered online. When I arrived there order was not ready. Once I got home, I noticed some of my order was missing. When I went back to get the missing order, they almost forgot the 3 cookies I had in my order. They only had one cookie and told me that the online order system had issue. I stated that I paid for three cookies and was only going to get one. Their responce was kind of it is was it is, and wrote my name down. I would not order from here again!
