We ordered a pizza and garlic knots for delivery. They said 40 minutes for delivery and it took over an hour and a half. Food was cold and didn’t taste very good

I called in a order for two pizzas at 3:40 p.m. on Halloween. My pizzas were not ready until 5:00 p.m. when I got home with them they were both burnt. So basically I paid $40 for two pizzas I could not eat. There was only two young kids working on Halloween night which is one of the busiest nights. It is not their fault that the owner did not staff accordingly. The two young boys were doing the best that they could. It is easy to eat locally but honestly I will never come here again. The one kid could not to give me change because he did not have enough singles in the till and said he could not get into the safe. Which is completely ridiculous. While I was waiting over an hour for my pizza one of the young boys had hair hanging in his face and kept touching his forehead which was all sweaty. Nobody was wearing gloves and then they continued to make food after touching their hair. Which is pretty disgusting. Gloves and or hair nets should have been worn when touching food. The young African American boy, was very friendly and apologetic. But again it is not his fault that they were so short-handed on a very busy evening. I will continue to go downtown to PieSci, the pizzas are less expensive and way more impressive, plus I've never waited longer than 20 minutes.

This place is an East Side gem - these guys really know pizza! Great vibe inside the shop too. This is not your usual chain joint. Had a Detroit-style square and some breadsticks that were perfectly crisp around the edges. You can tell they don't skimp on ingredients. Just wish it was closer to home.

Food was not good, very little sauce on pizza, I ordered extra cheese and pepperoni on my pizza and it looked like I had single toppings, whereas my single topping pizza barely had cheese and pepperoni’s. Service was good, wish I could say the same for the food.

Our first time trying saucy’s a while back was the last time we ordered pizza from somewhere else. Everyone that works here is super nice regardless of how busy they get, food is outstanding as well. Having a heavy gluten allergy, their gluten free crust tastes AMAZING as well. Super huge and fresh topping list, and our daughter could practically live off the garlic knots alone. If you haven’t tried this place it’s more than worth it

Saucy’s always has the best pizza. I ordered online and was told 30 minutes. It ended up being 45 minutes but I don’t mind waiting for excellent pizza. The additional 15 minute wait was during a peak order time and one of their ovens were down. Still, the manager apologized repeatedly and the entire staff was kind and courteous while other patrons were being very rude to them. Any day of the week, Saucy’s is the BEST pizza, hands down!!!

Everyone has their own taste. If you’re looking for thin crust NY style pizza, this is the best along the shore. Try the San Marzano sauce. Simple and delicious!

The Purist pizza is probably the best red sauce pizza I've ever had. Every time we get it, it is just as good as the last. In my opinion, Saucy's Purist pizza is the best margarita pizza in
