Bad franchisee. Order shows I paid in the Subway app. Money taken out of my account. We're all looking at the same thing but they won't make sandwich because it "would've showed up in our computer".

There are 2 gorgeous lady's working there by themselves. They make it a pleasure to go there for lunch. Super friendly beautiful smiles, very polite. They handle everything so smoothly. I can not wait to come back.

Good evening , I visited this subway location lurched (3) three subs . The Turkey ham and roast beef was bleeding . Totally made me sick !!! I called the store to see if I could get a refund , and bring pics and the other half of the sandwich , so this doesn't happen to another customer . And of course no o e answers the phone after (2) calls back to back . They don't close until 10pm . So why aren't answering the phone . The person working was very rude , and unprofessional . When I walked in for mygood she was on the phone , didn't even say.can I help you , I told her I as there for a online order and she motioned to where to pick it up . It's sad to say that this is the job you choice to do , please be the best at it!!!!!!! I will be attaching both the receipt , a screenshot of the times I called ; and a pic of the sandwich that didn't have tomatoes , so why is it red stiff on the plate. Word of mouth is everything, and after reading some of the same reviews, why are these people still working there. ‍‍‍

Lady did a very good job building and making my sandwich but was very slow. Very clean inside... the floor, drink fountain, tables, and chairs were clean a couple people waiting behind a friend and I eventually left. Seems like this place is unable to really hold workers. But has a good one that needs some help.

Updated: We went back a few days later and we're fully refunded and given free delicious subs. The worker couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Unfortunately for her and subway they had an employee walk out on their shift the night we originally ordered.Ordered online for a 9 pm pick up on Sunday, internet and the sign on the door says open till 10 pm on Sundays. The sign outside says open the lights are on but the door is locked. Nobody is inside, I called a few times and nobody answered. We went to the back door and still no luck. Unfortunately another poor soul tried to get a sub as well but was left disappointed.

Can't speak for the food as I wasn't able to get any. 9 people in line, 1 person working. Waited 12 minutes for 3 people to be served so with 6 people remaining I was unwilling to wait another 24 minutes.
