Omg I literally threw up! I saw a hair and almost lost it. But then I’m looking closer not only was it hair it was a whole ball of hair. I throw up! This has got to be the worst thing I’ve ever experienced at any type of eatery. I am disgusted and disappointed I don’t know if I could try it again. Lost a customer…..

Wouldn’t make a waffle cone because they closed the waffles makers down and cleaned them… remind you… they closed in 3 more whole hours 😐.

Good service, but the ice cream was tasteless and had frost in it. Also way too expensive. I'll go elsewhere next time.

The AC must have not been working when I came on 6/22. The ice cream was already melting when it was being put on the board for the mix ins to be added.

Ordered a cake ahead of time for a birthday party. Paid for it. Showed up two days later. Cake was not made. They offered me an alternative at same price, no discount. Bad look. Had difficult conversation to receive refund. Store is dirty. It’s expensive. Have some self-respect and go to a local store, not this chain with frequent poor service.

Service just sucks unless you are one person. Their policy if you come with a family is to disappear, leaving one person to wait on a family of 4. Gave up.

The problem with answering the phone(they don't answer). This is the second time my online order has been wrong. I can't recommend them for this reason. If you go and order in store it is a great place and always friendly.

Was so so excited to get Cold Stone as I hadn’t had it in forever- and Montrae made our experience that much better! He was so accommodating with our sampling, shared his own flavors he likes, and made my ice cream treat absolutely perfect. I got cheesecake mixed with Oreos and cake batter mixed with gummy worms. He made a dairy free treat for my man, which was also fantastic! Thanks Montrae! We will be back.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service my father received at Cold Stone Creamery yesterday. Despite standing in line for a considerable amount of time, he was completely ignored by the three employees on shift. Several customers who arrived after him were served promptly, while my father was treated as if he were invisible.

The lack of acknowledgment from the staff was disheartening, and it was painful to see the hurt in my father's face. When another worker started her shift, she immediately noticed him and ensured he was taken care of. He thanked her for her prompt response and mentioned how long he had been waiting.

It's essential for customer service employees to understand that they cannot pick and choose whom to serve. There is no excuse for my father having to wait as long as he did. I feel strongly that this was done intentionally, and it is unacceptable. This incident has left a negative impression on us, and we hope that proper training and measures are taken to ensure this does not happen again.

It was visit to this location and i walked in at 940pm yesterday and soon as i walked in, i was told there are close and couldn't purchase anything. I said the website states your open until 10 the young lady told no that's incorrect we close at 9pm on Sundays. I went on to ask her why is the doors not locked and there 6 employees standing here and three other cars are behind and she looked dumb founded and smile and said sorry were closed .
