We visited this location last Sunday around noon. I’d never been to an Einstein Bros. before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but geez, I definitely didn’t expect what I got. The employees behind the counter were not very friendly or professional. They just seemed annoyed that we were ordering. The cashier had a lollipop sticking out of her mouth, and handed us a bag of food that wasn’t even ours. When we finally got our correct order, we had to sit at a dirty table because every single table in the place was filthy. Maybe we just caught them at a bad time, because this place seems to get decent reviews - but I definitely won’t be back after that experience.

I come for salt bagels because I am obsessed with them and also the staff. They’re all so nice and helpful, ESPECIALLY Zoe and Sam!! They make it even more exciting to come every Sunday :)<3

Poor service, very slow. Paid, got bagels to take, but my lunch order and drinks were "forgotten" to be relayed. Usually love the Nova Lox, but mushy tomatoes, super thickly sliced onion were unpleasant and overpowered the tiny amount of salmon. My son's pizza bagel was ok, but slightly overcooked. Chai latte had no chai flavor and weird aftertaste.

Einstein operates like Starbucks. If have never been there before, you may find yourself briefly lost. Where to go to order, to pick up, sizes, ect… other than that. The maple house breakfast sandwich was amazing when I was finally able to order it. (And you should already know if you would like one egg or two)

Easter Sunday we wanted bagels and drove over to Einstein. The location was welcoming with easy to access parking on the side and in front. We were greeted warmly by the manager Tom who also made our order. The cashier Andrew was excellent. He was very kind and welcoming but he also went the extra mile with our special almond milk request for our coffees. When our order was ready, Tom walked it over to us and handed it to us instead of just calling out to us or placing it on a counter somewhere. I felt their service was extraordinary and we appreciated it.

Best bagels around

While there are a few hard workers, there the cashier/barista could barely stay awake and could have tried to make it seem like he was paying attention, cared or wanted to be there in the slightest.Regular tipping customer who waited 25 minutes for them to NEVER make my coffee and my sandwich to get cold. The whole time i was waiting, one coffee was made and a line of 15 people also trying to get on with their morning. I ended up just walked out unserved and extremely disappointed with the service. If I go back I’ll be tipping in after the service has been rendered or go to a different location.
