Enjoyed the food. It was delicious but, the person that made our food had an attitude. Not sure why but I felt uncomfortable. You never know what someone is going through. I will pray for her. You should never bring your problems to work. It was probably because I was wearing my God got me jacket. Something you can't get past.

One of my favorite places to go to in the morning for my favorite bagel sandwich and my caramel cold brew shake everyone is so nice and polite. They know exactly what I want. As soon as I walk through the door I appreciate each and every employees kindness.

This continues to be my go to place for a filling and tasty breakfast along with the friendly smile that I receive every single time I come in, I cannot recommend Einstein Brothers bagels enough especially this location!

Very disappointed...
Came in for some bagels, hot chocolate and a coffee...4 people in front of me...in line for 10mins. Once the lady in front was up to be serviced, I waited patiently to be acknowledged and 3 workers passed me by and passed me up. Totally ignored me. Stood in line for a total of 10mins alone at the order area of the counter...no one in front of me and no one behind me...and still no acknowledgment from any employees...
I simply turned around and walked out...
Unfortunately, had to settle for 1 of your competitors...
We must do better...

Just wasted $17 literally threw it right in the trash the place has cockroaches running around I told the lady and she said yeah I know there's nothing we can do about it

Unfortunately, my rating is low due to having items missing from my order & no resolve by corporate for one month. I made an order for a corporate event ordering the half dozen with spread, additional donuts, and additional spread. I noticed the missing spread after arriving to the event. There was not enough time to come back for it, so I called the store. I was told to call corporate. I looked in the website & only saw an email address. I have not received any word from corporate as of today.

I can’t really say anything about the atmosphere because I always just get delivery food or pick up - but the food is always amazing.
Especially the asiago bagel turkey sandwich with avocado 💚
