This place is incredible. Tons of different coffee options to pick from, incredible pastries and sweet treats and the staff were very nice and knowledgeable about their product. We will absolutely be back to try the black tea/ cardamom drink we saw on the menu.

I had a business meeting at this establishment yesterday and I really had a pleasant and wonderful time. The staff present very helpful and watching my tea being made reminds of we used to make at back in the old country. I had a great visit and my business meeting went well.

I will visit again.
Oh, and that pistachio cake...oh my it was yummy.

My favorite coffee spot. The iced pistachio is the best cold coffee drink I've ever had. These guys are awesome.

Hi there. I’m the friend that received the gift card. I would like to state that if gift cards are NOT redeemable at other locations, that should be communicated at the time of purchase. Amy wasn’t communicated that, hence why I tried to use it at the GP location. Next, I was actually not told to speak to anyone. When I spoke to the guy who was at the register I asked if I could speak to a manager for help. He then said he was the manager but he couldn’t help, still offered no other resource. I then asked well, is there an owner? He said yeah he’s here on Mondays. You could call on a Monday. He also didn’t communicate that gift cards could not be used anywhere else than the location purchased. In fact, I went through the whole conversation of asking for a manager, then an owner, then telling me the owner is in on a Monday. And he still didn’t communicate that the gift cards cannot be used at a different location other than the location it was purchased.

I am personally am disappointed in the lack of communication skills overall and lack of customer service or even attempting to help.

I frequented Qamaria often and would pick up coffee for my friends - not specifically from GP for them, but I frequented GP often for myself. I personally wouldn’t return due to the lack of communication skills, lack of customer service, and in your response to Amy you still didn’t offer a resolution. I’m sure losing a customer means nothing to your organization, however, in your shoes I would provide better customer service.

I am very disappointed with the franchise Qamaria. I purchased a gift card for a friend at the Troy location, she attempted to use it in Grosse Pointe and it did not work. She presented the gift receipt as well and they stated they could not help or honor the card since it was purchased in Troy. The Troy location is now permanently closed, and GP offered no solution or help.

Amazing in all aspects!

Visited the Hillard location, super excited as I love coffee and anything pistachio. Walked in, there were no other customers, employee barely looked up from their device. I was like hey I came an hour and a half to try your coffee....(crickets) What can I get you? What's your most purchased item? Coffee. ok. So I got a pistachio latte and a Dubai chocolate cup, $25 later, I'm not sure why I tipped, I guess I was excited and pressed the button. The employee sets my items down and returns to device. And we left. Why aren't employees workers anymore, why aren't people excited about their products??? You were the face of the coffee shop! And I couldnt pick you out of a crowd!
