I come here often because it is the closest to my home. i had one incident where my coffee wasn’t right and i asked for it to be remade. Ever since then they remember me, and everytime the one manager is there i feel like they purposely mess up my order to upset me.
i pay extra for caramel and they don’t put it on.
i ask for my pink drink to be made with extra strawberry base, she’ll make it completely wrong on the tag and say that’s how they do it no other way. but at other locations they make my pink drink the right way.
she’ll take my order. then i’ll ask the actual barista to put extra because i know they won’t and she’ll yell across the store that she already put it on the tag.
it doesn’t make any sense to me. & it’s very upsetting. i pay a lot for my coffee i just want it the right way. also i’m so polite to them.

Whenever I come to this Starbucks they always mess up my order. I’ve never tased any worst coffee then I have here. I have complained to the workers before but there just rude to me.

Waiting 20-30 minutes for a drink is crazy to me. Staff is unprofessional bordering on rude. Put an order in after waiting on who knows what because there was no line only to find out ten minutes later that they didn't even have the ingredients to make the drink. I find it puzzling that they didn't have that information at the register while we were putting the drinks in. It's clear this Starbucks is run poorly.

I waiting almost 20 mins for a small Carmel frappuccino. I watched while 1 guy make almost 10 drinks for their online orders, and drinks just sat there. Then they finally made my drink and it was not good at all. Like they just rushed. They care more about their online orders more than the customers that's inside the location ordering. I won't go back to this location again.

I drive past another Starbucks to visit this location. I like this location in the Village. They are always friendly. My online order is prepared quickly. Most importantly, they make my Dirty Chai latte THE best!
Parking: Meter parking in the front. Paid parking lot in the back with plenty of spaces.

I ordered a triple grande carmel brulee latte with oatmilk everyday last week. Some days it was good. Some days it tasted weird. One day I ordered it on the mobile and they put the 2nd drink in the wrong spot and it tasted off. I stood there for a long time. What starbucks doesn't understand is when I order it ahead of time I don't have time to stand there to have it remade. I am not going back to waste my money. I have already contacted customer care and they basically said o well. And the reinforcement from the owner that no one cares says everything. I stay 4 mins from the location and I am not going back.

Lovely location drinks are always correct even though I modify them too much sometimes (sorry) food is always warm even if I preorder and staff is super friendly. It often takes a while for my order to get out which is no problem but they just don’t have the staffing to get it out fast. There are kids in the Grosse Pointe area who could work here but it’s so understaffed. This is a great location. Timeliness is an issue as a result of understaffing. This is really the only problem
