I Ordered a combo from this place. A large two topping pizza with bread and A Drink. I received my pizza and It tasted undercooked. To also add I AM PREGNANT. I Called to inform I didn't want a refund just how they could fix the issue. I told him we had ate out of the box and the GENERAL MANAGER REPLIED " WE NEED THE WHOLE PIZZA BACK" very unprofessional on their End. This was my first time trying this place cause I've been receiving coupons etc but Not again. The quality of pizza Is 5/10

I ordered 2lbs rib tips dinner they gave me burnt rib tips and no bbq sauce on the rib tips and I was given 2 old slices of pieces my 3 cheese bread was good asf can’t lie but serving burnt rib tips and no bbq sauce unacceptable

I got steak sub the first one was over cooked bread hard as a rock an instead of cutting it they broke it in half riped it in half.the second one had no onions ,no mushrooms the worst sub ever......They need to do better this sub should not be $14 what I got should be free.

Yesterday....the young white girl with glasses brown hair. Poor attitude to be at the front. Never greets, just asks for balance due. Order wasn't correct of course and I know she does the finishing touches, so I feel she did it purposely. Butter and parm on the crust, she puts it all over the pizza. I LOVE when she's NOT there. PLEASE. Everyone else is always so pleasant except HER!!!!

Been coming here over 20 years. Love the original staff, they always take care of me. Not so much today. Stood in the lobby and watched two individuals rushing to prepare food. Which one was not wearing gloves until someone noticed and said something. After 10 minutes of avoided eye contact, I figured I would ask them was anyone serving the lobby. Making an assumption someone has been helped when you're the only two people that is bull. I just pray I don't get sick from my food because of lack of cleanliness(and hearing him say he's never made a pizza didnt help). That's really disturbing.
