In a stunning display of incompetence, Amicci's Pizza in Hamtramck managed to turn a seemingly innocent pizza purchase into a colossal nightmare. After using my brand new credit card to buy a pizza (my first and only purchase with this card), I was treated to the exquisite experience of having $7,000 pilfered from my account. Bravo, Amicci's, for offering a side of financial ruin with your pepperoni!As if that weren't enough, my unfortunate neighbor became an unwitting participant in Amicci's circus of chaos. She was blacklisted to their "Do Not Deliver" list due to an imaginary GrubHub order for three pepperoni pizzas that she didn't pay for. Not only is she a steadfast vegetarian, but she's also never used GrubHub. Why would you use GrubHub to deliver a pizza when Amicci's offers delivery? When asked to be removed from this absurd list, the manager's response was a resounding, "It's impossible." Apparently, we can solve the enigma of space travel, but the enigma of removing someone from a list is an insurmountable feat for the genius Pizza Manager.Amicci's Pizza doesn't just serve questionable pizza; it excels at credit card fraud and boasts an unparalleled lack of care. If you're craving disappointment and financial distress, look no further. The apathy here is truly a special topping that leaves a bitter aftertaste. Bon appétit!

Updating my review Spoke with a manager about mishap was offered a petty discount but the person never asked me my name. How would you know who to give the discount to and she never made it right not to mention after the first mistake I will never order from this place ever again update 11/18/2023 they offered me a credit when I last ordered. I called today to place an order and see if my credit was on my account for them to tell me no credit was available so they’re comment below is fake because I didn’t give me a credit at all. Talk is cheap
