The food was cold and the buns were really hard. Wasn't nothing good. And when I called to complain they hung up on me. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

As I’m walking directly to the window, two little boys working are just staring at me. Once I get to the window it’s awkward silence. Not one hello, or at least what do you want. I had to be the first one to speak like uhhh are you open?? Don’t get a job that requires you to talk to people if you’re just going to stand there looking stupid. Glancing inside its dirty, and unorganized. This is the last and only fast food in Hamtramck, I’m surprised it’s even still running.
Thoroughly disappointed with this service as I just sent my children up to get some ice cream and each cup of ice cream had obvious pieces of hair located inside the cups. As I type this review I'm on the phone with the company while they just allow the phone to ring endlessly. This is horrible customer service.

Well, I don't think Checkers cares about getting an order right or fresh. I ordered the Big Buford combo with extra pickles. That's what it says in the recipe... No extra pickles, kinda cold.
