food is microwaved frozen waffles with toppings. No toilet paper or hand towels in the bathroom. The setting looks borderline medical. Coffee is bulk coffee from costco. The cafe is empty for a reason.

Dairy Fairies Cafe is a hidden gem in Hamtramck. It’s a beautiful place! The cafe was beautifully decorated, and I was amazed by everything. I visited a while ago, so my pictures are a bit old. But even with pictures, it doesn't do it justice.
The staff were really lovely and friendly. I ordered a mango smoothie, an egg and cheese croissant, a boba iced coffee, Nutella mini pancakes, and a lotus shake with an everything bagel. Everything was delicious and came with cute stickers.
Overall, it’s a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy great food. I’ll definitely be back!

I stopped by to try their viral Dubai chocolate for $1 and the $10. The price was very reasonable but the thing I was impressed with the most is their coffee. Their Yemeni coffee was really good. Next time I am in Hamtramck, I will definitely stop by and grab a coffee from here

I ordered a strawberry lemonade. And i get all strawberry juice no lemonade nothing.Before i had a dubai chocolate from them its was good so i get this time and its was in the paper wrap seems like its was old chocolate. Before they give in the box.

Where do I start...
Over 27 years ago my family moved from NYC to this little town of Hamtramck. It was a community of all of us immigrants who managed to build a little pocket of our motherlands confined in a 2 square mile radius. Most of our parents were struggling to make ends meet, and being able to eat out (let alone have a place to hang out and chill) was unheard of back then.
To come back to Hamtramck and see a place like this being opened for the community, by the people of community, makes my heart swell SO much. Because everyone deserves a slice of luxury every now and again.
The place is decorated minimally, but I found it tasteful. I had the pleasure of speaking to Mahmoud the owner, and you can see from the light in his eyes that he opened it with a heart full of hope and a dream of serving the community something they have never had before.
The menu is a delight, and I disagree with what one comment said about the portions being tiny. They are priced pretty comparatively to what many other shops charge for their portions. At the end of the day, this is a small business.
The coffee was MAGNIFICENT so I will definitely be coming here to work all the way from Sterling Heights. I got the caramel latte with oatmilk and it was a dream. 10/10, and I do not say this lightly. If you like strong coffee, this is a must try.
This place is honestly a pocket of joy in Hamtramck and I cannot wait to see it flourish.
