I give fair reviews. Sunday, 10/12/25, My best friend, son, and I came here after our day of fun and wanted to end the day with a nice treatt. We looked them up on Google,, and came from one side of town to that side of town, to try their treats. When we came in, there was a customer at the counter being served. The vibe was a little off, but we didn't think anything was wrong. We were looking at the menu and waiting for our turn to order, but after helping that last customer, the attendant left the register, and went to the back kitchen, didn't even greet us or acknowledge our presence. I didn't say anything because we were still deciding; however, after about 3 minutes, the cashier still had not returned, nor acknowledged our presence! However, my son noticed the attendants in the kitchen giggling amongst themselves and looking strangely at us. My friend became annoyed wondering why they were just standing in the kitchen staring. We came closer to the register and finally the cashier returned. My best friend was so upset that she just got a small dessert and hurried to pay for her order. I also ordered myself and my son a small dessert and paid. I noticed while paying, a group of ladies were sitting at a far table whispering and pointing at us and giggling. Upon leaving they were still doing that. We didn't do anything to deserve that. What was so funny idk. But we all agreed we will NEVER return and we will tell everyone else we know how rude this place is.

The biscoff shakes are incredible. You can eat for cheap here since they offer smaller options if you just want a waffle stick. Mini pancakes are better than expected. Love this place

food is microwaved frozen waffles with toppings. No toilet paper or hand towels in the bathroom. The setting looks borderline medical. Coffee is bulk coffee from costco. The cafe is empty for a reason.

Dairy Fairies Cafe is a hidden gem in Hamtramck. It’s a beautiful place! The cafe was beautifully decorated, and I was amazed by everything. I visited a while ago, so my pictures are a bit old. But even with pictures, it doesn't do it justice.
The staff were really lovely and friendly. I ordered a mango smoothie, an egg and cheese croissant, a boba iced coffee, Nutella mini pancakes, and a lotus shake with an everything bagel. Everything was delicious and came with cute stickers.
Overall, it’s a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy great food. I’ll definitely be back!
