The all over service was alright but the delivery driver said when she arrived that the tip given was split between her and the cook. I told her when he asked me who the tip was for I replied that it was weird because I had never been asked that before. It was always for the driver anyways she went back and told him that I said he was weird. The man had the nerve to call and ask did I call him weird. I would have been wrong to go up there and act out because you called me with that kid stuff. No sure about dealing with them again. Too much drama over nothing. But might report this to the corporate office.

I ordered pizza for delivery and was charged a $6 delivery fee, which was fine. But after waiting hours with no update, I called to see what was going on. They had no proper information, and when the pizza finally arrived more ten hour later the service was extremely poor—far worse than expected.

I placed an order that included a side of ranch dressing, which I was charged for. However, when I went to pick up the order, I was told the ranch “wasn’t part of the order.” When I called back with the receipt showing that I had paid for it, the employee stayed silent for a long time and eventually said they would refund the amount — with no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake.
When I mentioned that it would be helpful to double-check orders to avoid this in the future, he became defensive, insisting that “we never make mistakes” and repeated this instead of offering a simple apology. He hung up the call right after.
When I went back to the store, I asked to speak with a manager. The person who came to the counter simply placed 60 cents down and walked away without speaking, apologizing, or addressing the issue. I made it clear that it wasn’t about the money, but about how the situation was handled, and was ignored.
To sum it up, terrible service, disrespectful employees and dismissive manager.

I order a pizza at 3:00 pm I came to pick it up at 3:45 they told me they burnt the pizza and they had to redo I said cancel the order so annoying I had to wait another 30 mins to get food from another place I hate this dominios

Save yourself the headache please and go to another place. These guys make the pizzas with no gloves and cash out customers with the same hand they just made the pizza. No washing hands in between. Also I just spent 40 on 2 veggie pizzas and it barely had anything on there. It’s not just me someone had the same problem from what I see
