Holy Empanada, this late night food hit the spot! Kayla greeted us immediately when we popped in at midnight, after a gig at Ghost Light. I am used to Lansing, when most kitchens close by 10pm, so it was great to be warmly greeted, and service was quick. I had the birria tacos. Way too salty for my taste. I understand that the consomme is meant to be salty but the tacos themselves were also salty leading to an overpowering of saltiness.
Also, could really use some mayo or yoghurt based sauce on the taco to add flavor.
