It's just a bean sandwich, you say? No matter what mastery one achieves, certainly the dish itself is limited by the fact that its made simply of...beans. And bread. Peasant food. It doesn't even have a designated meal time in the old country. It is not a lunch food. It is a breakfast OR dinner food.
