I HAVE PHOTOS...HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THERE WAS NO CONCERN OF WHAT MY ISSUE WAS AND I STATED THAT ALL OF MY TOPPINGS HAD SLID ONTO THE SIDE OF THE BOX AS IF IT WAS HELD SIDEWAYS, THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN IN WHICH WAS THE REASON I WAS KEPT ON HOLD FOR ALMOST TEN MINUTES. MANAGER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT APOLOGETIC AT ALL FOR THE HORRIFIC PRESENTATION OF THAT PIZZA. SHE SERIOUSLY THOUGHT WE WOULD REORDER FROM THERE...CLOSE THE DOORS TO THIS STORE
I have been ordering from here for a long time. I’ve spent A LOT of money ordering from jets. The staff that answers the phone are often RUDE. I’ve been put on hold and they never pick up. I’ve been hung up on multiple times: I don’t understand the hostility. I’m always polite and tip for deliveries. After tonight: I called on a delivery, dude staff again, waited an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. When I called they “claim” they didn’t have my number. Didn’t get a refund until I called to ask where’s the pizza. The staff and manager were RUDE yet again. I will NEVER order from jets pizza in Hamtramck on jos campu ever again in this life or the next!! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE ORDER FROM HERE!!

Food was good. Would have given five stars if not for the citation I received for waiting on my mom's order to be made. My advice is always order ahead and do not take longer than 5 minutes.
Parking: You cannot order food and sit in the car and wait. Will receive a citation for waiting. I was informed you cannot sit in your car longer than 5 minutes without paying even though you're in your car.

Ordered buffalo chicken ranch X-LARGE and it was hair on the pizza , I asked for it to be baked lite and that wasn’t correctly neither, I took pizza back to get a refund I ask the lady manager why they don’t wear hair nets , she told me it’s not “required “ you working around people food help me understand why you not wearing gloves nor hair nets ! You the manager rather it’s required or not you implement that for your store & the one cashier her name start with a Z she had dandruff all in the front of her hair like ugh what if it falls in someone’s food so unsanitary!
And you telling me hair nets not required please , no need to remake me another pizza just give me my money back ! Never coming back moving in here have sense but the one black guy that did the void
