I have been ordering from here for a long time. I’ve spent A LOT of money ordering from jets. The staff that answers the phone are often RUDE. I’ve been put on hold and they never pick up. I’ve been hung up on multiple times: I don’t understand the hostility. I’m always polite and tip for deliveries. After tonight: I called on a delivery, dude staff again, waited an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. When I called they “claim” they didn’t have my number. Didn’t get a refund until I called to ask where’s the pizza. The staff and manager were RUDE yet again. I will NEVER order from jets pizza in Hamtramck on jos campu ever again in this life or the next!! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE ORDER FROM HERE!!

Food was good. Would have given five stars if not for the citation I received for waiting on my mom's order to be made. My advice is always order ahead and do not take longer than 5 minutes.
Parking: You cannot order food and sit in the car and wait. Will receive a citation for waiting. I was informed you cannot sit in your car longer than 5 minutes without paying even though you're in your car.

Ordered buffalo chicken ranch X-LARGE and it was hair on the pizza , I asked for it to be baked lite and that wasn’t correctly neither, I took pizza back to get a refund I ask the lady manager why they don’t wear hair nets , she told me it’s not “required “ you working around people food help me understand why you not wearing gloves nor hair nets ! You the manager rather it’s required or not you implement that for your store & the one cashier her name start with a Z she had dandruff all in the front of her hair like ugh what if it falls in someone’s food so unsanitary!
And you telling me hair nets not required please , no need to remake me another pizza just give me my money back ! Never coming back moving in here have sense but the one black guy that did the void

Ordered about $170 worth of food, and one pizza was supposed to be just cheese, but I got 100 different toppings on it. They made a big deal about sending the right pizza. Then and hour and a half later they call back saying if they come they need the wrong pizza which is fine, but someone took a slice since it sat there for almost 2 hours. So they wouldn't replace it, because 1 slice was missing. I'm making sure everyone I know at General Motors hears this story.

Jets in Hamtramck is great, Detroit style deep dish square is my go to, been going to Hamtramck location for years. Delivery is available and the restaurant is oriented where is very takeout friendly has one booth in there if you’d like to sit in And eat while it’s piping hot. Love the place thank you. Need some halal meat in there but ive been happy with the veggie options So far

This Jets location makes the pizza so perfectly. The crust is perfect, the onions are sweet, the meat have just the right amount of "done-ness" The veggies are crisp they layer it perfectly
