I've been a regular customer at Remas's in Hamtrack, Michigan, and I absolutely love their food. However, during my most recent visit, I was surprised to find an additional service charge of over 18% added to the bill without any prior notification. When I inquired about it, the staff's response wasn't very helpful, and I had to pay the amount reluctantly. I plan to file a complaint because it's unacceptable not to inform customers in advance about such charges.

Remas is easily one of the best Yemeni spots around. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Their Mandi and Haneeth are crazy good—super tender and full of taste. The staff is friendly, the portions are big, and the whole place has a welcoming vibe. If you want authentic Yemeni food done right, Remas is the spot. Highly recommend!

Teenage boys working who have no idea what they're doing. Ordered over the phone, got there 20 minutes later thinking the food would be ready, just to wait another half an hour. What pissed me off more was that I paid when I got there and he told me it would take a few minutes. 15 minutes later, I walk up to the counter to ask about my order, he then prints the ticket and hands it to someone in the kitchen. 15 minutes later my food comes out. If I had not said anything, I would've probably waited another hour. Worst customer service I've ever seen. The owner is cool and all, but they always take forever. Never go there if you value your time.
