The customer service is extremely slow I only ordered three piece chicken with fries that took 45 minutes to make they do not know how to organize the orders I came before two people they gave the order to the two people, but not me they need to speed up the process a little more

Well for starters there's a language barrier, so an English speaking person ordering food with a non English speaking person is a challenge an vice versa. So because of that my order was rung up wrong and one of my visits there I ordered just wings an you could tell that oil they were cooking the chicken in was burnt, the chicken tasted like burnt oil and you could smell it in the chicken too. Also they could cook the chicken a little longer especially if they're going to use those GIANT INJECTED CHICKENS, they definitely don't use their own HALAL chicken. The chicken is seasoned good though so it does taste good that's what the 3 stars is for.

Food is good but the customer service is very bad. One lady, she picked up my call and just got busy with other customers. She did not even say to hold. She is a bengali and i think she neglected me because i am also bengali.
Request to the owner: Please train your thjs employee as she consistently behaves bad. Your other employees women and men are good!.

This was the most tasty food I've ever had! The taste was exquisite, no, DIVINE! The chicken fell off the bone, and the fries... those were soooooo good. He even gave us extra food!

The food was amazing. He didn't really understand what we were saying but he was enthusiastic about serving us. The atmosphere was a bit mid but if you have friends it makes it amazing. He also gave us extra food too

I was excited to try this place for the first time, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unsightly condition of the store. While the food was good, the dirty surroundings were a major turnoff. It's hard to enjoy a meal when you're worried about the cleanliness of the establishment. I hope they take steps to improve their hygiene and appearance, because it has the potential to be a great spot. Until then, I'll have to think twice before returning.
