Every time I come to Detroit I make time to have a lunch there. I love their Chicken Gallaba. So tasty and fresh.

This place was terrific!! My party was in town for the day and looking for a good place to eat, and we got recommended this place. We got the bread and labneh and it was amazing! I got the chicke shwarma, and the chicken was so tender, and the hummus was top notch. We were also brought teas afterwards, which was a great way to end the meal! If i’m back in Michigan, I will definitely come back to this place.

All the dishes we had for breakfast here were amazing. Particularly the liver, this was one of the first times ive had liver and genuinely enjoyed it.

The falafel were dry on the inside and no crust at all. Tasted like they were left in oil for a long time. Took one bite and had to throw the rest away, even though I hate wasting food. The wings and fries were ok 5/10. Not amazing but not bad either. Too salty. The chicken shawarma wraps were ok. Chicken was dry but the garlic sauce was good. I came on Saturday evening around 5. Surprising how this restaurant has 3300+ reviews at 4.4. Sorely disappointed.

Not recommended to go eat at Yemen café or order from them. Their food is so nasty. The meat has funky smell. The chicken is raw the bread it’s burned. The service is really bad and slow takes forever to get your food like they making a fresh. It’s already premade All they have to do. Grab it microwave it and serve it. What a shame.
