Our first experience at this restaurant was terrible, the fries and the bun on our burger were sooo soggy. First and last. I would be embaressed to call this a burger joint. Called and asked to talk to the manager and was told he was the one cooking the food. Explained everything.

My husband and I had been wanting to try this place. Sadly, we weren't impressed. My chicken sandwich was just ok. My husband said his burger tasted good. However, both of us agreed that the buns were terrible! Soggy and falling apart very quickly, and bland. A better bun would have made a huge difference.I had the sweet potato waffle fries and that was the best part of my meal! But pricey. My husband had regular fries and they were just fries that were over priced. Nothing special.We also had 2 regular drinks. Total for two was over $33.00! Had the meal been out of this world we would be going back.Also, we sat at a table that was next to an outlet that had an obnoxious scented plug-in. Just what you want you be smelling while you're eating, flowery perfume! YUCK!Unfortunately, I would rather get a good sandwich elsewhere.

Gave the food a chance 3 times before but the stuff I had was just average, the quality is just a step above bar food. The reason I went more than once because I was on the job and needed a quick bite too eat. Don't go if you want something quick! I called for an order and they said a 45 minute wait? For a burger!? When I went to pick it up, their was one guy working the whole restaurant, who was very slow moving at that. I asked where my order was and he replied it will be a little bit. He was busy working on two other orders before he even got to mine. So thought, I'll see if he will move any faster...but nope!! I told him to cancel my order and walked out. I will never be back

I received soggy fries and a burger that had ketchup on it when it was specifically asked that there be no ketchup. Wet fries and an inedible burger is not a meal that will ever get me eat here again.

For how many great things I've heard about this place I was excited to try it. The service was good , flavor was alright but very disappointed in how small and dry the steakhouse burger was for the price. I was also excited for fresh mushrooms, sadly they are canned..

Amazing burgers. I ordered their breakfast burger and the burger patty and egg was cooked perfectly. The speed of service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and I am planning on returning many more times.

As someone who is honest get rid of your Chicago dog first the bun was soggy couldn’t hold a hotdog together. Hot dog was also cold so yeah don’t really gotta say anything about that.also didn’t have to main components.the Chicago dog was missing a pickle that goes right down the middle. Also the bun should be a seed bun

Just got to your restaurant in Hancock mi, the guy at the front was very very rude! First time ever coming here and he was awful! Will not be returning.Update: the other guy working came out and apologized and was very nice. I could tell he was sincerely sorry and made things right. That says a lot about your management. Thank you for making things right.
Food was good the Juicy Lucy didn't disappoint. I'd have given it a 5 but they loose 2 stars for only having a Facebook menu, very inconvenient for those without fakebook.

Jalapeno Popper Burger (with added jalapenos)- Second time I had this burger. I had to have it again before I reviewed it because the first was so good. Well, second time was just as good as the first. Quite possibly THEE best burger I've ever had, and I've had some good burgers in my day. Perfectly balanced flavors. Quite simply, delicious!
