Props to the gentleman running the drive-through this morning. Very friendly, upbeat, enjoying life, seemed like he enjoyed serving us breakfast this morning. As a consumer, its always a delight to see and experience this kind of service and we're always appreciative.
The order taker seemed as if he didnt want to be their. He didnt shut off his mic twice and you could hear him swearing at one of his coworkers he also forgot my drinks and when he opened the window again he handed me a bag of food without even asking, that was meant for someone else. Only after he reopened the window asking if that order was mine did he realize I was just waiting on drinks.
