“This resort has incredible value- so impressed! An impeccable quality of service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. We had Champagne and cookies provided to us upon arrival, the rooms were beautifully upgraded/ maintained, the skiing was challenging, and the hot tub area with poolside service was perfect. Food was consistently good in all of the restaurants we tried. Definitely will be back!“

“I would absolutely recommend this establishment, but unlike myself, make certain you get what you paid for. Unfortunately our last visit our server gave us the wrong burger. I couldn't eat it my husband did. We were still charged full price for a burger I didn't order nor did I eat. We informed our server and she apologized but made no effort to make it right. Perhaps some additional staff training is in order.“

“Stopped here to grab a beer after a long ride up from Grand Rapids on my motorcycle. The hotel staff recommended I go here if I want a good craft beer. They were right! I like the bar service, gives you the option to move around and enjoy the scenery!“
