While trying to ensure people are seated, she is bussing the tables, restocking the silverware, and informing people who have no sense of ettiquete that they need to wait their turn, professionally of course. Doesn't sound like much in writing, but she multitasked and handled the early evening crowd with ease and decorum.

Surprised by the variety, creativity and caliber of the food here. Often ski lodges have fried "bar food" and not much else. The cocktails were interesting and tasty too.

The zoo bar is a wonderful family restaurant and bar in harbor springs that offered a quality experience. Thai and Mexican fusion food with unbeatable flavor. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They seem to go above and beyond at any opportunity. I must also mention the hostess is adorable and so friendly.

Zoo bar used to be the go-to place for a drink after hitting the slopes. Now it's a "family establishment" despite it being a bar? The vibes are way different and I do not approve. Also waay over priced for the quality of food we got (nachos). Most of the staff was friendly.
