Nice place w/ a homey feel. The weather was super windy and fresh power was falling rapidly. Visibility w/ blowing snow was a little rough. All of the lifts were an ice luge on exit, but there is still only so much you can do w/ Mother Nature at play. All of these things didn't seem to deter the folks wanting to ski. Overall friendly lifties and employees.
Knubs was awesome. Great area for all levels skiing and boarding. Very friendly and convenient. I would highly suggest nubs over boyne anyday. They don't have those pesky rfid cards, thank goodness.

Is there anything better than a cold beer after skiing at Nubs Nob? Answer...No.Super friendly atmosphere with ample seating inside and out if you wish to sit outside. 90 percent skiiers/snowboarders but there seem to be a few locals that like to visit depending on the weather. Everyone there is there to have fun.
