My girls and I did a “Galentines” day back in February we came to this location I go in to put our names on the wait list the hostess said it’ll be about 30 40 minute wait ok cool literally to me that’s like a 1 - 1 1/2 but I’ll wait I like starters time done came and went ppl are coming and going I go in to see why no one has called to let us know our table is ready the girl isn’t there at the host desk and my name is crossed out I’m the manager owner or whoever the guys were asked me what the problem was I explained to them what was going on they basically blew me off and told me they couldn’t seat us like really we had been waiting for the longest time it wasn’t our fault the young lady wasn’t on her job and gave someone else our table but they could have reassured us that were us they couldn’t accommodate us I’m just disappointed with the whole situation like we literally waited all night just to we couldn’t eat there... ??♀️???♀️

Waited 10 minutes for the security guy to seat us. Then waited an additional 35 minutes for no one to greet us give us drinks or something. Kitchen mgr comes out at our request to let us know he'll take care of us. An additional 10 minutes goes by before a server goes to a table of a group that came 20-25 minutes after us BEFORE US??!! Ridiculous!! We had to leave after that. Will not return there.

Ordered lab chops medium and received well done. Sent them back only to receive more that were also well done. Spinach dip had a very tart lemon taste.

I live kind of close to that area. I'm a huge fan of the Lamb chops. Unfortunately ordering from this place with horrible customer service. The attitudes on these people are something that you would see in a Tyler Perry movie. I do not recommend anyone visiting this place unless you're ready to be disrespected.

This restaurant is terrible go to the one downtown. You’re gonna get the wrong food and you gotta wait a hour and a half. Close this place down immediately. Have a everybody run a training course on customer service and point of sales. This restaurant has no problem taking time to make your order or giving out the wrong order. Then have the never to tell me I shoulda checked before I left. You d*** mf you get paid to make sure I get the correct order how y’all sound

Asked for steak medium well, it was medium rare. Salad came last. Plates were hot, the food was not. Waitress only came to our table once, and that was at end of our service when we flagged her down. Management walked passed twice, had to flag them down. I will only go to the Starters on Woodward from now on.

Only good experience was that my was ready before pick up time. Who could go wrong with chicken Alfredo? This place! A bowl full of noodles. Little sauce. Few pieces of chicken. Never again will I order from this location.

You know depending on what day or night the food can be delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant to me needs a good scrubbing, feels sticky and dank. The service team needs an upgrade on neatness, uniform, and a bit of professional class at the Eastland/Harper Woods location.

The Girl Mia W. Taking orders for pick ups attitude was very unprofessional!! Anyone in this industry knows not to point at anything when pertaining to a customer. No need to point at something I have to scan when I asked for a menu. I run a catering company and this is not acceptable. You can send her my way so that she will get the proper training needed to deal with the public.

We ordered carryout through grubhub including a lamb chop and a fried shrimp dinner. The meal arrived right on time and it was very delicious, they nailed it.
Covid safe and phenomenal food!The lamb chops are devine and the strawberry crutch cheesecake is out of this world!!!

We came here to celebrate after I was able to track down the car of my dreams, which I purchased from a dear friend’s used car lot. The beer was the coldest in town and the appetizers were second to none. I had the Ahi tuna and it was incredible. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. I can’t wait to come back, five stars all around!

Service was terrible! Took too long for a simple glass of water. Got their at 4pm and didn't leave until 6:30 without eating my dinner. Ordered an apple martini & American lemonade which was entirely too strong. No flavor! Vegetables were cold and rubbery, steak and lamp chops was tough and again no flavor. The best thing was the ceaser salad and the water. Understandably we are in a pandemic, but this is not what Starters use to be. NO EXCUSES! The waitress had 24 inch weaves with hair flying everywhere. They had bad attitudes and seem as if they didn't want to be at working. I will not be going back EVER! Truly disappointed

Service was great from the time we walked in the door! Clean nice ambiance! The manager Kofi was wonderful and engaging! The waitress was spectacular and the food was fast coming out! Everything was on point! Thank you

me and me table all our food had horrible . the steak was to chewy and he almost chocked . the lobster tails was under cooked. the mash potatoes had no taste . my bacon burger was horrible .
