I asked for my sub to be toasted an it wasn’t then they didn’t let us know they was out of flat bread until I arrived an my sub was cold

Went to grab a late lunch today. It seems the location had poor leadership and not properly stocked for the day. It made the employees disgruntled and one got upset...possibly tired of customers complaining all day. Easy fix would be to put up a sign of what you're out of...because the employee was tired explaining and started to berate customers. There was no manager on site..and the employees were complaining that they opened late today. They did finish our sandwiches up, but the sandwich artist walked off frustrated. Because operations were bad today, they were closing up early. Customers complaining is one thing...but employees going back and forth with customers, then walking out....despite wherever you are.....it's unacceptable. I only felt bad because of the work conditions the employees expressed....but dont take it out on your customers.

They are so unprofessional there is always something wrong, or they don't have something. Cash only card only as example and the workers arent properly trained!! They need a consistent trustworthy staff!!

I was just here Monday, when I tell u the young lady made me the best Philly cheese steak footlong!!! Toasted, was quick, I had to b to work n I was n, n out!!! Fresh bread n veggies!!! Extra mayo👍🏾👍🏾😁

One star because I don't know how the food taste because I ain't get my food yet one star for service because I had no service whatsoever because they won't answer the phone and the atmosphere is probably chaotic if it's this much trouble so unless they can prove otherwise to me my review stands at a one star. I just want my money back Y'all won't even answer the phone. This how problems get started. The subway app order never came through. Had to go order through DoorDash smh. I shoulda ordered from a different subway too since they ain't answering the phone. Should be some type of way to get hold of someone for cases like this.
