I'm a bit confused. I have been coming here for 10 plus years. Their cakes are awesome. I've never had an issue until I called about a month ago to put in an order for a special cake for a birthday and the sweet lady on the phone told me to call back after mother's Day because they were really busy with special cake orders. I called today about 10 minutes ago to put in my cake order for my dad's birthday next weekend. Another lady answered the phone and told me that they are not taking cake orders anymore. I asked if I could have a manager's number or leave my number because that's not what I was told. She told me I was told wrong and that I did not need it because she knows. I have no idea what's going on but I'm confused and every other cake place is saying it's too short notice so I'm screwed out of a beautiful cake

My family has been frequenting this bakery since its doors opened. After all these years the quality is incredible and the service was amazing!

Definitely not the same sweetheart bakery in the early 2000s. Food is subpar and the atmosphere is the same. The lady who rung me up was super friendly but I wonât return.

Completely has going downhill. I have been going to Sweetheart bakery for over 10 years. Itâs ridiculous. Now itâs ghetto. You place the order they donât even call you back had an incident where four different women played phone tag. I tried place an order for a week in advance and Monday. They told me the cake was not going to be placed Because the decorator is never there absolutely ridiculous then they have the worst customer service with bad attitudes and you ask a question they leave you on hold done with this location!

I asked for a blue cake. The person who took down the instructions took them down wrong they brung out a white cake and I was so disappointed. They made me come back while they fixed the error and I was completely satisfied with the blue cake. They have declined in customer service, effort, and quality over the years. I use to love and recommend them a lot hopefully they get the old spirit back soon but Iâll will keep shopping because they are affordable and I love that
