The most ghetto Tim Hortons there is to exist. It's ran by a bunch of amateurs with nothing but attitude and poor customer service. They mistreat their DoorDashers because they're too lazy to make orders & mess up every order they receive. I highly suggest the Tim Hortons on Gratiot over by East 13 Mile! They're super sweet, confirm your order with you, & have AMAZING customer service skills!
8 mile & Vernier, I'd give them 0 stars if I could. They try to screw Dashers over by telling you to confirm, you picked up the order without giving giving you the items.

It's been a long time since I had TH. The cost for breakfast combo was expensive, almost $9. The sausage was awful. Donuts and coffee were good. I wish that was all that I ordered.

I live in New Baltimore and usually visit the TH in Lenox Township for my bagel and cream cheese, but I recently stopped in harper woods for one. BARELY any cream cheese unlike my usual from Lenox which puts alot and cuts it in half for easy eating on the run. So disappointing.

It was my first time coming to this particular one and the customer service was excellent. My coffee was a triple triple it was made perfectly .They also served my sandwich and hash brown in a bag instead of giving it to me individually in my hand like the other Tim Hortons do. Definitely recommend visiting this Tim Hortons.

I’m really disappointed by this Tim Hortons because I find that they are often closed even though theirs hours say they are open. They are supposed to be open until 8pm, however, they are usually closed by 7:30. Please update your hours.
Ordered two hot caramel macchiatos. When they were headed to me, I could feel that they were cold. I then informed the cashier that the drinks were cold and took a sip just to confirm.
The cashier then complained that she would have to remake the drinks. I opted for a refund. Not sure what’s going on but these things cost way too much to get subpar quality.

Nice new place but second time already I order large double double and its all milk and no sugar, is nobody teaching them to make coffee?
Unethical! was refused a refill on my boobasket after puchasing from this location. Was told I might have basket from last year!
