I got here at 725pm and they were closed, I passed the window with earthing lit up and a lady looked down and didn't acknowledge me at all. They're getting paid extra time because they definitely aren't taking customers and they're supposed to close at 8p.
The most ghetto Tim Hortons there is to exist. It's ran by a bunch of amateurs with nothing but attitude and poor customer service. They mistreat their DoorDashers because they're too lazy to make orders & mess up every order they receive. I highly suggest the Tim Hortons on Gratiot over by East 13 Mile! They're super sweet, confirm your order with you, & have AMAZING customer service skills!
8 mile & Vernier, I'd give them 0 stars if I could. They try to screw Dashers over by telling you to confirm, you picked up the order without giving giving you the items.

I live in New Baltimore and usually visit the TH in Lenox Township for my bagel and cream cheese, but I recently stopped in harper woods for one. BARELY any cream cheese unlike my usual from Lenox which puts alot and cuts it in half for easy eating on the run. So disappointing.

It was my first time coming to this particular one and the customer service was excellent. My coffee was a triple triple it was made perfectly .They also served my sandwich and hash brown in a bag instead of giving it to me individually in my hand like the other Tim Hortons do. Definitely recommend visiting this Tim Hortons.
