My boyfriend planned a trip over to Arcadia for the day and wanted to stop somewhere to eat. He did some research before we left Mt. Pleasant and found this gem. I'm telling you the vibe in this place was surreal. We were greated as soon as we opened the door by many folks. My boyfriend and I are both artists and we appreciated the works of art sprinkled throughout this kitschy little kitchen. Just listening to everyone interacting in this place brought tears to my eyes....
Everything here was great! Went twice on a backpacking trip recently. Had the country fried steak and eggs, onion rings, cheese curds, fries pickle chips, cookie dough ice cream, foot long pancake, BBQ pulled pork grilled cheese, and homemade potato chips, all great. Next time I'm around I'll definitely be back.
Great little spot! Stopped here on a road trip and had a great breakfast. I had a large blueberry pancake. It came out with some raw batter, but my waitress replaced it immediately so it wasn't a problem. The A.c. was over my head and started dripping on me, so it was taken care of for me. Very accommodating staff, great food, great decor. Lots of things to look at here to enjoy the cozy atmosphere. I recommend stopping here if you can!
