Very rustic, the owner is very interactive and helpful, short staffed, but very aware of the guests' needs. Nice place and quiet. The closest you can come with nature, without blazing new trails.
The food was excellent, it did take a while, but it was hot and worth the wait. Service was pretty bad. We didn't get coffee refills, after asking a couple of times. Finally gave up. Meal was mostly gone before anyone checked on us.
