Great people work in the Firekeeper's, unfortunately they're only open for breakfast due to lack of suitable and reliable job applicants. Their food has made many changes over the years and it's recommended you avoid their homemade cornbeef hash. Their coffee used to be the best, like many of their food items, but evidently, like Michigan's governing bodies, they decided to shoot for three-clicks to the left of mediocre instead. In contrast to the 5 Bridges which was terrible, Firekeepers staff was friendly, fast, and the food was awesome! Huge portions, that I took back and warmed up in my room the next day. Key for me is when I ask for "milk with the meal" is that it comes with the meal and not with my husband's coffee. By golly, it came with the meal! Left a big tip!
