“Wanted to thank the house keeping staff for finding our iPad we left in the room by mistake. We did not realize we had forgotten it until about 3 hours away. Also we had crossed into Canada and our cell phone coverage was very good. But a nice person, her name is Kelly was persistent in trying to contact us. The staff had found our lost item and asked for our home address so they could ship it back to us. It was our mistake that we forgot the iPad but was nice to see that she went the extra effort to assure us they had and would get it back to us. A few days later it arrived at our house, cannot say how happy to have it back and also to a staff member that went beyond what one would expect to get it back to us, Kelly thanks again.“
