Wanted to thank the house keeping staff for finding our iPad we left in the room by mistake. We did not realize we had forgotten it until about 3 hours away. Also we had crossed into Canada and our cell phone coverage was very good. But a nice person, her name is Kelly was persistent in trying to contact us. We stayed here while attending a convention in Escanaba. Plenty of parking, easy check in, prompt elevators and active doormen periodically. We did not visit the casino or the bingo hall or eat any meals at the facility. The beds were very comfortable, housekeeping was on request, the air conditioning worked well and in our case, the ice machine was nearby. The staff was friendly. We have been here 3-4 times in the last two years. The entire staff has always been extremely friendly even maintanence workers passing in the hall way always greet us. The casino is great for the casual gambler as they have many machines that the max bet is $4.00 or less which is s nice change. The rooms in the south tower are updated hopefully someday they will all be updated. We added a day to our stay and had to move rooms from a south tower room to a room in the North tower....read full review
