Total bummer. The food wasn’t great, service was super slow because they were understaffed, and it was crazy hot.

I really want to like this place. It was extremely hot and REALLY loud, but aside from that the service was very slow because they were understaffed. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. The food was only ok (also super slow)— everything was undersalted and the broccoli was almost completely raw. We are not harsh critics at all but this was a major disappointment, especially considering the cost.

1st timers. Kerry and the kitchen staff (OWNER) to help the bar, excellent work!

Place was packed and unfortunately understaffed, but someone who dines out often, they did a phenomenal job reacting to the situation very professionally, the owner was working in the Kitchen and came to the bar to help slang drinks. Servers helped pick up the slack. Great work Harrison’s we can’t wait to come back!

Food was phenomenal, drinks were great! And very fair prices for the area!

She never once mentioned she was the owner I asked if she was owner or manager I could tell due to the way she carried herself under the stress.

Okay I blame this one on management totally...
When you pass this place a hundred times if not a thousand over the years so the other weekend we stopped in nice design let's get something to eat everything looks good aesthetically...
Find a great French lamb chop dish that turned out to be absolutely freaking awesome.
Want to come back we went back because it was close seemingly convenient only defined out that they change their menu all the time so he lost all our favorites it was so freaking devastating I can't tell you why would you find a restaurant that you finally try it out after years only for them to blowing to be told that they keep switching out their menu every freaking week or everyday or whatever it was and you lose all the dishes that you spend time toiling over to find great dish that everybody likes and that no one can have again...
That's just damn dumb so I had to leave and go to Coney Island for god sakes so much further

But get a clue when your customers are happy with what they found and what they had why pull it out from underneath them why upset your customers in this matter I've eaten all around the world literally never had that happen. Just beyond irrational and beyond more disappointment.

A restaurant needs profits and good dishes which means a consistent experience to find out what those dishes are that sell the best and your client base how are you supposed to find that out if you're constantly changing things you have no way of finding out what is your best selling items if you can't keep consistency on some level that makes no damn business sense whatsoever.
Also do the fact that I did remember the price points for the most part yeah talk about your spike in prices...

Waited 15 minutes for a waitress, got our app before our drinks. The table water was warm.

Wouldn’t come back.

Had the salmon. Super small and had some orange flavoring that I didn't care for. Salmon was gone in three bites.Had a side of mashed potatoes, twenty seven dollars. Nope. I'm literally making a trip to the grocery store for tonight's dinner. I know food is expensive. Ide rather spend $35 bucks and be full then be served 4oz salmon for$22 and still need to eat afterwards. And yes I ate the orange rice stuff too.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

Impeccable service. Loved to see some art deco inspired decor worked into the asthetics and vibe.

The live music was a wonderful touch to an already amazing experience.

Wide selection of food, all of which was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.

Would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. You won't be disappointed.

I stumbled upon this little gem last year and have been there a little over a handful of times and every time I am more throughly impressed. I decided to have my birthday dinner there and let me tell you everyone one of us was blown away from the service, the ambience and especially the specially curated menu just for my day!!! The owner Josephine went above and beyond with all her suggestions and pull through was even more impressive. I mean a 6 course meal that was perfectly timed thanks to the kitchen staff and especially to King, our very own miatra d for the night, was on point with our pretty demanding drink orders to taking pictures and keeping up with all the food courses. We were all soooo stuffed but couldn’t stop eating. Thank you Josephine & staff for such a memorable night, you definitely stole our hearts and made our bellies full!! A special shout out to the Charred Romain Salad, it was perfectly smoked and expertly plated individually and I couldn’t rave enough. Below is a picture of our dishes with the exception of the salad bc I was way too eager to feed the gluttony lol. A+++

We had a birthday party here and the owner took it upon herself to create our own private menu consisting of a phenomenal 5 course meal. I can be really picky when it comes to food, So to say that I was surprised by the quality is an understatement. Every dish brought out was original , cohesive and delicious. The service was prompt and amazing. Our server‘s name was King And he did a fantastic job handling our large party. One of my favorite things about this place was the atmosphere and ambience, From the decor to the lighting and best of all a hidden bathroom behind a picture frame that contained urinal derived from an old beer keg ! This place is truly a hidden gem. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

An absolutely unforgettable dining experience!

We celebrated my friend’s birthday dinner at Harrison’s Speakeasy on Jefferson, and I can’t say enough good things about it. There were 12 of us, and we enjoyed an incredible seven-course meal that was truly out of this world. Every single dish was bursting with flavor and creativity from the appetizers to the desserts, it was perfection.
The chargrilled Caesar salad deserves its own mention because it was unlike any Caesar I’ve ever had before, smoky, crisp, and full of depth. The chef is phenomenal, talented, professional, and clearly passionate about creating an unforgettable experience. You can tell she pours her heart into every plate and truly makes any event feel special.

Our server, King, was fantastic, polite, professional, attentive, and so friendly. He managed our large group with ease and made everyone feel taken care of. He has such a great and cool energy while maintaining total professionalism, truly a pleasure to have him as our server!

And now the ambience of Harrison’s Speakeasy is next-level. The warm lighting, stylish wood details, and mix of colored couches create a classy yet cozy vibe, I would call It a very “Frank Sinatra evening” meets modern Detroit chic. It’s elegant but down-to-earth, and you instantly feel comfortable. I also noticed they have a beautiful open patio area with fun games for summer gatherings, can’t wait to come back for that!

This place is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise. Perfect for birthdays, date nights, or any celebration. Highly recommend!

Food and drinks were great. We got the Calamari, Brussels (feta instead of blue cheese) Salmon and Sea food boil. I tried the Salted Carmel old fashion. Our server was Autumn. She was nice and attentive.
