WORST MCDONALD'S EVER. I live in Shelby so I have given this place many chances but they quite literally ALWAYS mess something up and take forever. You would think for as long as everything takes it would be right. The last time my boyfriend orders a double big Mac and the entire top bun was completely plain. Like the forgot an entire burger and all the toppings. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder (with bacon) and it had none of the deluxe toppings. This was theist straw. I will drive the extra 10 mins each way!

The Hart location has kids working there that are rude! I was missing some of my order and when I asked for the rest of it they got rude and just threw into a bag. The two people were Angel and Ruby, they should not be working where they are dealing with the customer!

Absolute worst service. So slow. Placed a delivery order an hour later ended up having to pick it up myself only to find out it wasn’t ready and they needed me to pull forward to wait another 15 minutes so half of the food was cold was half was piping hot and the majority of the ice in the drinks melted. They wouldn’t want to eat this stuff themselves so why on earth do they serve it?!

My experience was not good. The staff seemed like they were NOT on the same page when filling orders. ALL over the place. I ordered a 4 PC nugget. That's it. I waited 20 minutes.....and that doesn't include waiting at the counter to order.
