McDonald's is known for its friendly and polite staff, with employees receiving praise for their helpfulness and great service. Customers have recently highlighted the cleanliness of the restaurant, noting that every table, the floor, and the windows were spotless, creating a very inviting atmosphere. Although there can be issues with ordering, such as waiting for food to be finished, the staff remains consistently nice and friendly. The restaurant's app is a convenient way to order, with rewards available for users. Despite some minor hiccups, including a packed drive-through, the food comes out quickly, hot, and delicious. Overall, many customers feel that there has been improvement at this McDonald's recently, making the experience positive.
