I work in Hartford alot, and this McDonald's has yet to let me down. The food is always great. The speed if service is good too. What strikes me the most is how friendly the staff is. Keep up the great job.
Eh, it's mcdonalds... there wasn't too many people working so I had to stand in line for someone for awhile and we were like the only people inside at the time. There's no pop station available to customers, and the touchscreen ordering wouldn't take my payment and all orders had to be paid for at the register, again, where I had to wait for sometime for anyone to even wait on me

Came here with my wife and the service was outstanding, when the food came out, it was delivered with a smile and a greeting as well as an “enjoy your meal”
That’s saying something, considering most places these days your food is delivered by a teenager who could care less and barely mumbles something to you if anything
When it came to the food, it was hot well prepared...
