I ordered a double scoop ice cream cone. Seconds after having it handed to me (not even out of the drive thru parking lot yet) the melting ice cream completely fell off onto my shirt and car upholstery. I picked it up and put it into an empty lunch container I had in my car, and drove back around to the drive through. I requested a refund and when passive aggressively asked why, I stated the ice cream was melting and fell apart all over my car. Before I even got the words fully out of my mouth an employee in the background could be heard through the speaker rudely saying how that’s not their fault. Employee on the speaker stated “We can replace it and put it in a cup but if it’s a warm day and you’re going to be eating ice cream in your car it’s going to melt” I told her it fell apart as soon as they handed it to me but that I would just go on with my day. Not worth arguing with teenagers who clearly don’t give a hoot about their jobs or other people. It’s 70 degrees today not 90, for the record, and the ice cream was passed from a building to an air conditioned car. I now have melted ice cream all over my work clothes and my car upholstery - but since a $6 refund is too much to ask I don’t suppose anyone will care about that part either. Unacceptable, embarrassing “customer service” and if one of those employees was a manager that’s absolutely shameful. I’m a quite pregnant lady who eats a LOT of ice cream and I guess I’ll just stick with DQ right down the street. 🤷♀️

I was chased out of there at 8:45 and told they can't make me a milkshake because it was too late!!! That would have never happened in the state of Ohio!! Congratulations 👏

Turned away because the blenders have already been cleaned 10 min before closing very disappointed. The door was also locked 10 min before closing time.

Came in to get a ice cream the girl at the counter did not want to help me . I asked if I can order here and she said no then waited 10 minutes and no one helped me . After someone else can in and orders ice cream I left . Will never come back to this place again .

They are slow, can’t make some of the drinks right and as far as getting hot fudge ever is ridiculous. Either they don’t have it or when they do it’s cold & hard. They constantly get my order wrong and it’s as simple as stuff on the menu.

Great ice cream, but you have to be open to serve it!! Hartland location always randomly closed early. Drove 20 minutes one way again to find a hand written sign saying they are closed at 6 pm tonight. Meanwhile Dairy Queen across the street is lined up around the building. I'm sure they will be scratching their heads when they go out of business.. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

Hannah did a fantastic job! She helped me with specials FREE Baskin-Robbins Birthday ice cream for my son and her co-worker prepared my summer $2 coffee to perfection! Corporate Headquarters should give Hannah a raise! She was kind, professional, and appears to love her job!! My 1st DD coffee was fantastic.
