The two servers worked very well together. I believe my servers name was Maggie and the other was Stella.What an amazing job. Haven't seen people together like that in some time.Thanks Maggie and Stella

By far the best Big Boy in Michigan. Nick and his crew provide consistent quality food and service. The waitresses are nice, too!

On the way back from Ann Arbor we decided to stop in here for dinner. The waitress was friendly. I ordered fish and chips while hubby had a beef an cheese sandwich. My fish and fries were really good. I didn’t care for coleslaw as it tasted oniony. The hush puppies were ok. Hubby liked his sandwich. It was loaded in meat. When leaving I accidentally left my credit card. I called the next day an they had my card! The young man at the register was very nice and I’d like to thank him if he was the one that found it. I highly recommend this place. They were all cleaning when not waiting on tables. The food was very good.

Horrible manager. My daughter didn't finish her cottage cheese, so I did, rather than waste food. Because of that we got charged 2 salad bars at 10 dollars a piece. Big Boys is not the place it used to be.

Very empty. Not like a big boy not homey no Christmas decor. Wouldn't let me change french fries for a salad. Service wasn't really good. After being a customer since I was a kid probably won't be going back. I'm 71.?

They were short staffed, but server was amazing at staying calm and getting get job done. She was great. Food was hot and good. Coffee was delicious

Not bad. Had better there and other Big Boys. Staff seemed to be bickering with one another, though friendly, messed up a few things and didn't refill drinks or check on us. Wasn't bad but certainly could have been much better all around. Faster, In order, refills, correct, see what else we want and not be snarky out loud. Food was OK but not ?

They were completely rude. I told them I didn’t like their French toast and the manager brought it back and asked why… I told him why then he going to ask me “well what if I don’t like the next order” at this point my friend who really ordered it didn’t even want it anymore and left. So now they trying to get me to pay for the apple juice my friend didn’t even drink and the clerk had the nerve to try to argue me down about not only how I’m not paying for this apple juice but also what type of juice it is, where my friend was before we got our food, and going to tell me not to come back! I’m from Ohio and I will NEVER go back here or even recommend it!

Service was great! Kim was our server, and couldn't have been more pleasant. Spot on with food order, follow up on needed drinks, and dirty plates removed quickly. Actually, as we watched the other servers, they were giving their tables the same great service. Someone did a great job training the staff. Oh, the food was good as well. Will definitely go back again.
