I go here almost every day. I work late nights (go to bed at 5AM and up at 10AM), and Biggby has become my morning ritual. The staff is super friendly, and I enjoy taking my son here for the muffins. Thank you for all that you do!

This is a nice biggy that fits perfectly for any traveling as it is next to the highway and lots of shopping areas. The service here was friendly and quick, the crew is not large so if it is very busy there could be a wait. They now have "combo" meals and the food is standard coffee shop fare but good none the less. There coffee is what makes them stand out from Starbucks and Dunkin. So if you enjoy a good coffee shop this is the place for you.
I try my best to never to put down another business. I am disappointed in my last couple of experience at this location specifically. I ordered a cup of coffee and half the large cup was filled with foam. I personally feel if you are going to charge $7 for a cup of coffee it should at least be full. The picture I’m posting I have yet to take a sip yet

Professional closing And notary services
Showed up about five minutes before seven waited in the drive-through for a long time then finally drove up and seen people Inside, clearly they were ignoring the drive through! Went to the door and paper on door said closed at 7pm but online said 8. We were there before 7 but no coffee for us! Won’t come back!

This plac is tied with the Starbucks a mile down the road for worst coffee shop. I ordered on the app and it charged my card. Once I pull up to the store the lights are off and nobody is in there. They ending up being closed and the only way to tell was the tiny sheet on paper on the door saying closed. The hours on the app and Website both said they were open. I ending up wasting about a hour of my time and I’m not even sure if I got my money back. They said it would take a week for the refund to go through and I’m not even sure if it ever came back. I don’t understand how these fraud coffee shops don’t get sued for fraud. Dunkin’ and Tim’s are the only valid coffee stores in the area that don’t scam.
I was in the Hartland store today at around 3:30. Tried to order a large vanilla breve. It took 4 try's to get her to understand and I finely asked if she wanted me to write it down for her. We got around a mile down the road before we tasted it. She never put the coffee in it all we got was vanilla milk. She had black hair with red stripes in it, and so much metal in her face I think it affected her brain. This place and it's employee's are a joke. I paid 7 bucks for milk.

I go to this location 4-6 mornings a week for the last 6 months or so. It is also 10 minutes out of my way each morning and I pass two other locations to go to this one. No other Bigby I’ve ever stopped at compares. The team here is awesome and very friendly. Also very quick service even when they are busy. Look forward to seeing their smiling faces each morning! Their coffee is definitely amazing. I have very much enjoyed their service the staff are friendly and personable. I have enjoyed their sandwiches. I'm not a fan of the new waffle one, but the last few were really good.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible and seems to accommodate for that as well.
