Food takes forever to get here and it’s freezing

I provided a 3 star rating due the bartender not willing to put a specific Sunday NFL football game on when I thought that was what BWW is known for. They had three games on when clearly missing the other four games. Not impressed… now the food is far better than green oak so thank you for that!

Decent food, good beer selection and good service. Bar seating can be hard to get, so if you expect to sit at the bar with friends expect a wait. Service was pretty bad when they first opened, well at least the manager was horrible. They seem to be improving in that area now.

It’s too bad the food isn’t good. We love the atmosphere and have always had good service.
The wings are small and the chicken tenders are over fried and way too much breading.

Asking a senior citizen for ID is a new level of bs.. not sure whose smart idea that was?
I’ll be sticking to the locally owned independent establishments going forward that are respectful and appreciative.

I was fine with this location up until I had an issue with my server and the bottomless apps. I came in today and got the bottomless appetizers along with a few other things. We had left overs and asked for a box. That’s when my waitress decides to tell me nothing from bottomless appetizers can be boxed and offered a box for like 2 left over wings it was evident we ate our appetizers and not trying to hoard food to get a bunch of free or cheap stuff. She was over all being difficult about giving me a few boxes for what I had left from my appetizers. At no point did she tell us we couldn’t take it home, and the Waterford location and Brighton have allowed me to, the menu does not state it cannot be taken home, and being a former server myself I know that food would’ve just gone in the trash. It’s ridiculous this particular server made such a big damn deal over a few boxes for food at the table that had clearly been eaten.

Ate in with 2 other people. Service was fine but order not so much. I know the waitress got it right since she read back everyone's. My wrap had 0 sauses on it and i had asked spicy garlic and blue cheese. Instead they put 2 sides of blue cheese on the side, still no spicy garlic. Didn't send back since when she came to check on meal the 2 I was with were almost done eating.

Great new location. We ate in and talked with the owner while our food was being prepared. He was a very nice guy and very accommodating. The wings were top notch as always.

I’m writing to share a frustrating experience I had while using the Buffalo Wild Wings app to place a to-go order. I ordered a New York-style cheesecake, which included caramel by default, but the app did not allow me to remove it or add strawberries. When I picked up the order and saw it was just caramel (which I didn’t want), I politely raised the issue with the manager.

Instead of offering understanding or a simple apology, he responded with, “I’ll let it slide, but you need to call next time to make sure your order is right.” This completely defeats the purpose of using the app in the first place. As a customer using your platform to order your product, I shouldn’t be expected to double-check or call every time because your tech doesn’t allow for basic customization.

To top it off, the cheesecake was honestly inedible, and while he offered a gift certificate, the way I was spoken to made it clear I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning to that location.

I hope this feedback encourages a review of how customers are treated when mistakes are made — especially ones rooted in your own app’s limitations. A little empathy and accountability go a long way.

We were wondering what this experience would be like, given the mixed reviews, but it was amazing. The fenton location could learn a lot. Extremely friendly, good food and great service

We ordered carry out, total cost $78. Two of our items were grilled tenders, one with Caribbean jerk sauce and one with spicy garlic. The sauce come on the side typically. We we got home, 20 mins away, we discovered that they did not give us the sauce. When we called to inform them, after 5 mins of the person on the phone attempting. To blame us for the mistake, the manager got on the phone and offer up a $5 discount. $5 dollars off a $78 dollar bill for completely messing up 2 of the 5 meals ordered. The sauce is the only reason to get Buffalo Wild Wings, with out it, it’s just sub par grilled chicken. Thanks for nothing BW3s
