The reason I’m giving Burger King a one star review during the Covid -19 is because they have mask required on their doors ,take out only signs but leave the doors locked no sign saying lobby closed and stare at you from behind the counter .truck drivers that can’t go to the drive-through need to eat to and other truck drivers are walking up to the door as we were driving out to be disappointed too. Burger King in hartland Michigan only cares about the people in the cars not the truck drivers are out there providing for everybody thanks for showing your support To the ones that Make it possible to keep your business open ,, Burger King. I will remember to pass this fast food join up for the rest of my life.

Good but I was sick at my stomach next morning. This is the second time I've are at Burger King that's done that to me. I love their burgers but just doesn't agree with my stomach. Great service though.

Normally i like burger king but the last 2 times they have messed up my drink, was givin tea instead of sprit and brown water instead of coke, both times i make it home before realized. Spicy chicken was over cooked. Only good thing both times were the fries were hot

I know this review probably won't do anything but I decided to anyway. I've never reviewed anything one star before but this experience was truly horrible. I went through the drive through to just get a free ice water because I was thirsty. When I got to the speaker the lady said the equipment wasn't working so I couldn't order. I tried to explain that water was free and wouldn't need to be rung up but before I could even say anything she interrupted and just restated that the equipment would work. I then just asked for an ice water and was told that they couldn't make it. I'm truly confused as to why they couldn't make it. At that point I just left and went to mcdonald's.

My last order was a complete disaster! I consistantly pay for items that are never received. They do not answer the phone. This happens often, but I usually brush it off... I will no longer eat at this establishment!

Don't go here if you are expecting "fast food" I was the only customer in the drive thru and yet there I sat for 10+ mins.....I asked if they were shortly handed and the rude worker just said no and shut the door as I was talking.
