Ok, well I will start with I love checkers a lot! But,, every time I go to the restaurant its closed. For no reason and the website says its open. Ive driven to the Highland store twice in the last couple weeks and both times closed at like 630 pm. I doubt I'll go back again?

Super quick. My sons first time trying it and he loved it. Only thing is for a faster food it is a bit expensive. Shakes delicious as per my memory though. Thank you .

Way better than any other fast food in town. Sadly I don't feel it's doing as well as it could because Checkers/Rallys comes off to country blumpkins in Hartland as too urban. Saw you were temporarily closed, it was a sad moment, that location sucks, that's why Taco Bell moved across the street FYI.

covid numbers are going up and not one person had a mask on. when I asked the kid at the drive thru if anyone had them on... no. so I left. they were wearing gloves, touch food and money and surfaces with the gloved hands without washing.

There had been some issues with the web site and me placing my order. Then we tried to order the duplicate stuff at the drive thru and there was an unhappy exchange of words. We placed our order and pulled thru gave them our card and waited we got our order and got home and realized they had comped our order due to the issues. This is customer service and good feelings. Thank you
my order took over 35 Min and so were others . come on even not super busy at the time

We stopped through the drive through on our way home. Promptly greeted and order accurate. We did wait a few minutes for our burgers. We ordered two number 1’s. Big Buford double with fries and drink. We had to wait a few minutes but the food came out hot and delicious. I would definitely go back. Very good. Nice size burger. Fries excellent.

Waited for 10 minutes while the employee fed the dog and probably didn't wash her hands. Total of 15 minutes at the drive thru...I won't be going back.
