This used to be a great spot to get an ice cream. 2 days in a row, no ice cream with 2 different excuses. Day 1 at 545 PM: "we're open until 6. We stop serving Cold Stone at 530, but I can sell you a donut hole." Really?? Day 2 at 4 PM: "The freezer failed." If you're not going to sell Cold Stone during business hours, close that part of the store and just do the Tim Horton's thing.

Their gift card reader has been down since 2018. If the owner can’t fix that issue in 5 years they have no business running a franchise.

This place is inconsistent, and can’t seem to get their business hours rightfully documented on their website. Stopped by this place multiple times and they either close early, or they weren't open at all that day. Their website states that they’re open till 8pm, which today I got there by 7:20pm. The doors are locked and no one is around. I love supporting local businesses around here in Hartland. I also like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt.. However, three strikes you’re out, and I won’t be back to this cold stone again. Disappointing.

I went here the other day and they closed 35 minutes early. When I brought it up to them they told me they are closing at 7:30 now. It was 7:25 though. Urgh

Went to get my best friend ice cream they closed almost 10min early and wouldn't serve us. We made it before closing. Bad service. Wasted trip. Never going back.
I have come here on 4 different occasions and they are always closed despite google and the hours posted on their door showing they are open.

My husband received gift cards from his students so we decided to use them. When we got up to the window we were informed that they don't use gift cards nor do they sell them. I really feel bad for the families that bought them for my husband and wonder if this is just Hartland's policy. Website says something different.

Sat there for 5 minutes on a slow Friday afternoon. Guy was cleaning the floor back and forth 4 passes without saying hi behind the counter. Lady up front was chatting away. When she was finally done she started cleaning the counters. I just walked away. She raise her head and likely forgot I was even there, I just waved goodbye.

I’d give 0 stars if possible!Menu is unclear both inside & drive through of store. My husband & I took our one year old- we were the only in store. The first girl greeted us we told her we’d probably need a minute. She walked away and another girl came up, we told her the same thing- that’s we’d need a second. She then proceeded to bend over with her elbows on the counter waiting for us. We were still trying to figure out what we wanted via the online menu bc again, inside there is no clear menu posted for Stonecold. After a couple minutes the girl bent over the counter told us again “yeah so I can help you whenever you’re ready” to which I responded “I’m pretty sure I told you a minute ago- we’d probably be a few”Rude workers, who didn’t even end up getting our order right. We got cake batter icecream instead of cookie dough for our 1 year old. My husbands was also made incorrectly. Not a huge deal, but if you wanna rush the only customers in store- you should at least make sure you’re getting their order correct.Also a complete posted menu SOMEWHERE would be cool- or again at least workers who can maybe help you find what you’re looking for instead of rushing you out.
