I have been here quite a bit and for the most part the service is good, although I have had an occasion or two where the staff seemed a bit clueless. Other than that the ice cream is great, the staff doesnt short you on toppings and the ice cream is almost always overflowing, which is what makes coldstone better than the rest.
I was thrilled to see these guys were finally open, I love Tim Horton's coffee and this Tim Horton's is right on my way to the highway every morining. The service is always great, coffee has never disappointed. For the latte guy, you should have told them it was not up to par, I bet they would have replaced it with a new one or something else you would enjoy more. I don't think places like this are built for lattes, and a two dollar latte should not be expected...
