Culver’s in Hartland, Michigan is one of those spots that just gets it right every time. The food always tastes fresh, and you can tell they actually care about quality instead of just rushing orders out the door. Whether you’re grabbing a ButterBurger, crispy fries, or one of their frozen custard treats, everything comes out hot, well-made, and exactly how you hoped it would be.

Twice in the last month or so we ordered the cod dinners, the first time the fish wasn't crispy at all and stuck together and the onion rings were burnt!
We thought well maybe the chef had a bad night and tried again a couple weeks later, this time once again the fish wasn't crispy and the onion rings were so salty and stuck together that we ate a few and tossed the rest.
I have given this same feedback on the Culver's application and received...
